Duties of a Member

All members should exercise the following duties and responsibilities:

1. To obey and comply with the by-laws, rules and regulations that may be promulgated by the association from time to time;

2. To attend all meetings of the association;

3. To pay membership dues and other assessments of the association.

Rights of Members

As per Article V of the By- Laws of the Philippine Tourette Syndrome Association, a member shall have the following rights:

1. To exercise the right to vote on all matters relating to the affairs of the association;

2. To be eligible to any elective or appointive office of the association;

3. To participate in all deliberations/ meetings of the association;

4. To avail of the facilities of the association;

5. To examine all the records or books of the association during business hours

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

Everybody is eligible to join the organization. The board, as per Article V of the By- Laws of the Philippine Tourette Syndrome Association, Inc., shall determine the qualifications of an applicant for membership. Anybody who is interested should follow the necessary procedures to become an official member of the organization.

1. Choose to become a member for Php150.00 (issuance of membership card) or Php 350.00 (issuance of membership card and organization profile booklet).

2. Pay at any Western Union Branch

3. Email ticawaywithme@gmail.com or text (0915. 4424340/ 0917. 8538650) these information:

a) your full name
b) complete permanent address
c) contact numbers (landline and mobile phone)
d) occupation
e) email address
f) birthday
g) picture of any size
h) MTCN number from your western union receipt

Payments will be retrieved from Western Union every Saturday of the week. Issuance of membership cards and organization profile booklets will take some time, please allow the org at least a week to issue. The organization can also issue a certificate of membership only upon request.
